Are all online traffic schools in California approved by the court? If not, then what is the point of their existence if no court is going to honor any certification received from them upon completion of my online traffic school course.
You have to read the terms on their website and make sure they are approved by the state court. Some traffic schools are not meant to be for the courts or your traffic violations, they are only for learning about defensive driving skill or just learning how to drive.
Go to your local traffic court's website and try to look for a list of approved online traffic school. Look it up and make sure the traffic school you are trying to sign up with is on their list, otherwise call the traffic court clerk and ask her to look it up for you.
