Do cops have a set quota for traffic ticket?

If you say no, then how would a police officer get graded or reviewed if they have issued zero traffic tickets for the last 6 months?

They claim that they don't have a daily or a monthly quota but I wouldn't take their word for it. In a way it pays for their fat paychecks so why would they want to risk it. It creates job security for them the least.

Yes they do and I know this for a fact since my brother-in-law is a retired cop now. They try to get the message across that there is no set quota but YES there is!
