A friend of mine was telling me there unpaid tickets in Florida disappear after 5 years. I don’t know how one can survive an arrest warrant for 5 years unless you never leave your house. Can anyone confirm if there is any truth to this story?
Regardless of the state that you are in, unpaid parking tickets or any kind of traffic tickets will stay on your record as unpaid until you pay the fine and the penalties in case you were late.
